Fruit & Vegetables Manager at Stora Coop Kungsbacka

Stora Coop Kungsbacka is a well-established and appreciated store with a good assortment and a clear ecological profile. Our opening hours are 7 AM to 10 PM every day of the week to provide good accessibility for our customers. In our assortment, we offer fresh Fish and Delicatessen counters, a colorful Fruit and Vegetable department, freshly baked bread, and a pre-store that serves as an ATG and gaming agent.

We are now looking for someone who wants to help ensure that our Fruit & Vegetables department becomes something truly special!

In your role as the manager of Fruit & Vegetables, in addition to regular tasks that occur in a store of this size, you will:

• Plan and be responsible for purchases
• Actively work with physical waste and shrinkage
• Follow up sales against the budget
• Lead the staff in the department

You will possess specialized knowledge in the area and ensure that the development and operation of the departments are carried out efficiently and professionally.

Previous experience in a grocery store is a requirement, and previous work in Fruit & Vegetables is considered highly meritorious.

The position is a permanent employment of 36 hours/week with a desired start date as soon as possible. A probationary period applies. Recruitment is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
